All series are limited to 40 players. Any remaining places in other series are reallocated by the referee to optimise the competition. If your series is full, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted should a place become available.

The series are singles played in groups of 5 or 4 players. The top two in each group qualify for the final single-elimination draw.

In the interest of the competition, the referee may seed the strongest players. All matches are played best of 5 games.

Depending on the number and nature of the entries, the referee or the Jury may change all or part of the playing system without notice, in the interest of the tournament and its smooth running.

CTT Bernex and the referee reserve the right to refuse the entry of any player deemed detrimental to the smooth running of the competition. During the tournament, the Jury, the referee or their delegate may exclude without notice any player who does not follow the instructions or whose behaviour does not meet standards of decency.

Unexcused absences: registration fee + CHF 25.—. Players must be insured against accidents and covered for any damage caused to third parties.
